RESISTANCE, using a band resistance, body weight or other resistance sources can be added to address strength based needs.

Physical improvement is the focus. Improvement meaning, there is a particular area(s) something physical, we would like to improve on and that is where we begin. These are not forever plans. We generally begin with 6 weeks of training then gauge from there.
One training plan does not fit all. Programs are person specific and often fluctuate based on progress.
