STRETCHING THERAPY, can be performed Standing, kneeling, or lying:
Stretch Therapy , is proven to be effective for easing and/or ending minor to major pains or improving physically limiting conditions.
*SHIATSU pressure relief therapy ,may be combined with stretch Therapy to increase pain reduction.
RESISTANCE & STRENGTH,, movements can be added ,
when necessary

Physical improvement is the focus. Improvement meaning, there is a particular area(s) something physical, we would like to improve on and that is where we begin. These are not forever plans. We generally begin with 6 weeks of training then gauge from there.
One training plan does not fit all. Programs are person specific and often fluctuate based on progress.
