This is Personal Training For the overall goal of Physical improvement. Improvement meaning, there are particular physical area(s) we would like to improve on. That's where we begin. These are not forever plans. We generally begin with 6 weeks of training then gauge from there.
One training plan does not fit all. Programs are person specific and often fluctuate based on progress.
Training Programs can address: Muscle weakness, Balance issues, Weight management, Energy & Stamina, Coordination,

Suspension training is, controlled, total functional strength building and improving. Suspension Training uses bands or straps in a fixed location
